Poor experience. No customer service and unable to contact via telephone. Never respond to emails. Commission with DX deliveries which are also terrible. Don’t waste your money, pay more and get the right service - this company is rubbish

Fantastic experience - was able to find the right component when my central heating failed and I was unable to obtain the part locally.

I know nothing about heating but wanted to upgrade my controller/programmer from the ancient one I have to a newer one that might allow me more functionality and thus to save a bit of money.

One quick email to these people with an “idiot question” and they replied really quickly pointing me to exactly what I needed.

Ordered and it arrived next day, snapping in as a replacement just as they promised.

I would heartily recommend these people, particularly if you’re not 100% sure you’re buying the right thing.

Best price, rapid delivery, slick & informative website. Q&A section for each item can be very useful, especially in terms of compatibility (e.g. take a look at the Siemens CMV322 - which I have just ordered - if you want a branded example). I've tried other suppliers, but none have even come close.
