Hello everybody!
I met with the owner,with Charles,who is very kind, emphatic and helpful.Obviously his purpose made business,but this company sells high quality service about their vans.Everybody find the proper strong van.Before anybody take the van,the company prepare everything on the van(bodywork,painting,tyres,etc!!)

Bought a VW Golf, dealt with Charlie and found the whole team to be very genuine and friendly. This is not a flashy main dealer, and neither are the prices main dealer, yet the service is miles better. A traditional dealer who offers honest advice and services. I would not hesitate to do business with Heathrow Trade Sales again. Thoroughly nice people.

This guys are a joke and time wasters -
Contacted them over eBay , for a Renault master, funny thing is you can’t tell which van is which when you get there, they have vans advertised for a price when you get there (same day) they say that all the vans for the price you see on the internet are sold. Asked 10.000£ + Vat for a van and I asked , well , can I see the van you have advertised for 7000£ on eBay ? No , you don’t want to see that van is too rough- lol. “I could ask you more money, I’m trying to help you he says.
Just jumped back in the car and left.
The vans are being wet washed inside , I could see the water still sitting on the plastic floor.
It’s a shame that they don’t have no clue about customer service, they expect you to pop around pay and leave no questions asked.
Wasted 2 hours of my life driving there and back home.
And the pressure you feel from them is Amazin , you can feel that from their way to describe the vans on the adds “hurry won’t be here long” … pretty sure it will be.

Profesional trade to work with, transaction went smooth and even though later had couple of issues on the van MR Charles took care of them at no extra costs so I would definitely recommend further, the vans are looking and driving great as well so far probably best dealership i have worked with

Great service!
Charles is a pleasure to deal with, I got a flight over from Northern Ireland after calling speaking with him.
I bought a 2019 Renault Master got a great deal with Charles super happy with the van and it drove perfectly back to Northern Ireland via Dublin just short of 500miles under 24 hours.
Will definitely hope to do business with them again.

I bought a van on finance and after finance was accepted I was averted that the trimming belt wasn't changed so this was at my expense to change it even if the van was expensive(18900£) and they have a promised guarantee on the engine and gearbox. This cost me another 2000 £ on top of the van price. Very bad experience with them, I do not recommend them!
Just to update a professional style, I will upload photos with the trimming belt before and after being replaced, just to make sure people trust what is said!

Could not recommend enough.
They went above and beyond to to find the car to match our requirements. Fantastic car absolutely immaculate very pleased.

We also brought a van from this company 3 years ago never had any problems.
“Apart from the sales manger leaving his pet shop boys CD in the vans CD player !!”
