Went to see Heather to get a ring altered from a single diamond into a three stone ring using a couple of garnets I had in earrings that my grandmother had given me. Heather dealt with my requirements and the ring turned out perfect, great service and wow I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you.

I recently discovered this little gem of a place and have had various pieces restored that have been sitting in my jewellery box and not been able to wear. My husband’s watch was missing the glass and this is now like new, prices are most reasonable too. Heather and her assistant are always lovely, helpful and it’s a pleasure to go in and just browse at the beautiful pieces on display.

My wife had a stone (which we bought several years ago on our honeymoon) that she wanted to be made into a ring. She had some ideas on a design but Heather helped her fine-tune the design and Heather had the ring made to specification. The end result is beautiful. Great service, excellent materials and attention to detail. My wife's delighted. This is such a beautiful shop on Dunmow high street that offers everything from silver earrings to stunning one of a kind pieces of jewellery. Heather is always so helpful and offers such a lovely service. This really is a one stop shop for repairs, gifts and special occasion pieces, couldn't wish for a better local Jewellers than this 🙌

I took my Tissot watch (which I bought in duty free at the airport) in to see if they could shorten the metal strap.
Very friendly lady (sorry don’t know her name) did it in for free and showed me how to do it myself.
How great to get friendly helpful service.
I will certainly try to use the shop in the future.

Heather has done loads of work for me, from removing links in my late father’s bracelet to creating 2 new beautiful silver rings with stones out of the silver.

Had a thoroughly wonderful shopping experience with Heather on Saturday. Went in looking for a ring, nothing in particular in mind but I tried on everything in the shop pretty much and Heather was fabulous. No pushy sales. Just honesty and knowledge and you could really sense her passion for the pieces and their individuality. I felt very emotional at treating myself for the first time ever and to items that will become my children's heirlooms once I have stopped loving wearing them.
