To follow the path, the person should become a pure vegetarian, shouldn't take any drugs & alcohol. Then...

Through the perfect living Master's grace, people get initiated and practice the daily meditation 🧘‍♂️& listen to the holy sound (while following the instructions, methods or techniques taught by the master) in order to attain salvation of their Souls.

It's important to attend weekly spiritual discourse (Satsang Programmes) to achieve spiritual goals. 🧘‍♂️🙏
