Hamper ordered for delivery yesterday - as of now no email advising of dispatch, no hamper, order says still processing. Telephone number just says that the mailbox is full. I won’t make the mistake of using a small company again, I’ll use one of the large retailers. Very disappointing as my dad’s birthday is tomorrow and the business is closed until Monday.
Hopefully I can have a refund and spend my money more wisely next time.

Hamper didn't arrive per the order, when I queried it, they said there was a two day delay. Have not heard anything since, despite emailing and going on the live chat

Edit: Hamper did arrive 5 days late and after the birthday event, it was as advertised and Aunt was pleased with it, but disappointed at the lack of response at the time.

Previously used multiple times for very large corporate orders. This year multiple deliveries have not arrived and those that did eventually arrive were unlabelled meaning they had to be opened to know who they were for and most were damaged. Unreachable on email or phone to try to resolve the issues. Sadly unlikely to ever use again now.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered well before Xmas but never received a shipping notification. It was never delivered to the recipient. Customer service is unreachable. Very disappointing.

I bought this Birthday hamper for my mum, it arrived on time and the items were just as pictured on the website (she loved the 'Happy Birthday' wine!). The box was slightly different than expected (on the site it shows a wooden box), but was still really nice. £30 was not bad at all for what you get.
