I ordered a shirt for an xmas present for my partner which was too big. This was exchanged without quibble despite the tags being removed, and the replacement arrived on December 29th. Excellent service. it didn't go right as i ordered the wrong size and they came up too large for me. Not a problem for them, they swapped out to a smaller size without question. That's customer service as it should be. Very quick to respond on email, very friendly and very human as well. All too often missing these days

It was not very well signposted, according to the map it was where overgrown trees, and bushes were, after contacting the shop(Actually not a shop but a warehouse), the proprietor informed myself that the actual location was in a farmhouse, and because of dust from the fields it wouldn't be condusive for visits, which is a pity, as I've been to Hawaii a few times, and have purchased shirts there, I would have liked to have seen them.
