Lovely little shop in the centre of the village. Hot day Saturday so called in for an Hope Valley ice cream. Lovely friendly lady in the store had a chat with her.

We enjoyed a couple of days away in Hathersage this week and discovered this little gem. We bought these beautiful bone china mugs, one to replace Chris's 30 year old favourite, yet recently mysteriously lost Beethoven mug. The lady serving us laughed and said we would probab;y find it now we have bought another one and sure enough on our return we did!
