Poor customer service with the same shop assistant. Once completing a yodel package where he couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Then again advising the scanner was not working with a heavy package to return and wasn’t interested in getting a resolution. I asked him to contact the manager and he refused.

Avoid! Bad customer service! Lost several parcels! Also selling out of date food and out of date drinks! Also selling illegal/fake tobacco! Avoid at all costs!

Don't have your parcels posted to this shop. For some reason it never gets scanned so you won't get an email confirming your parcel was delivered and even though your parcel physically sits there, the shop refuses to give it to you as you've got no confirmation email and they prefer it to send it back This happened to me three times already. Never had this issue in any other shop.

Lovely service, Harvey is so friendly and is open to all suggestions! Such a well stocked shop. Sells fresh bakery and produce, newspapers, alcohol and frozen foods. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area:)

Amazing service, very friendly, The fresh bakery section was amazing, I got a lamb samosas, vegan spicy chicken roll and a cheese roll & the food was so fresh and tasty! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you live or close to the area 10/10
