Wonderful shop for shoes etc. Wanted colourful wellies, looked online at all the likely stores in Carlisle but there was nothing suitable in my size (7). Called & then went to Harvey's, Haltwhistle, bought a pair. Really strong & comfortable. Also bought some slippers from Spain & a shoe horn. This is what shopping should be like!

Paid £150 for 2 pairs of boots with a years warranty both of which split after 12 weeks wear. Returned them but the shop owner would do nothing about it and refused to replace or refund. Very poor service.
I subsequently contacted the manufacturer myself who replaced the boots immediately.
If you want good service don’t use this shop.
