This place is amazing the staff here are absolutely incredible people so helpful and friendly. I had to pick up eight pallets here but was running out of time so they let me park onsite. The lane way in to where I loaded was 4.7kms from the road and it’s fairly bumpy but if you take your time it’s ok.

I revamped my garden two months ago with Turf Online. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of turf. Delivery was really fast and now my garden looks brand new.

Out of all the website's I compared, Turf Online had the best deals. I would highly recommend them. Also, its a good idea to get the extra coverage at the checkout, just incase you miscalculated the size of your garden!!

We had purchased two pallets of their Jubilee Turf, and the pallets arrived just before 2:00 as per the delivery slot of 11:00 - 2:00, We laid out one pallet on the day of delivery, see the pictures to get an idea of the quality of the turf!!

it looked like the palate was loaded too early on to the truck or was left out too long in the hot truck, the grass looks fully burnt, we tried getting a refund just for one pallet as it was our fault we didn't lay out the second pallet on the same day, but they refused to acknowledge the fact that one pallet was laid out on the same day, We had multiple gardeners confirm that grass cannot get this spoiled so soon!

I have given up on getting a refund and thought would warn other potential buyers of the rubbish quality

We ordered some turf to be delivered on a Friday. That day my wife and I waited inside all day for the delivery driver to come. We understand that turf is a perishable product and needs to be laid immediately.
Unfortunately the delivery never arrived. We never received so much as a knock on the door. When we emailed to let them know this we were told that there was 'a problem with the delivery' and that we should get in contact on Tuesday to 'discuss other options'.
When I called I was told that the driver 'couldn't get down our street' and couldn't contact us by phone. Our only option would be to buy more turf. And we would not be refunded for turf that we already bought but that, for whatever reason, wasn't delivered. So not only did we waste an entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived. We are also £140 out of pocket.
I can assure you that we will certainly not be ordering turf from this company ever again. And I advise people not to use them.

I ordered 45 square meters of turf from this company a couple of weeks back as they were about £100 cheaper than the likes of Wickes (incidentally Wickes just put their prices up from £5 PSM to £7 PSM....quite an inflation jump! wish I had that pay rise this year).
It was only after ordering that I bothered checking reviews etc, after I did I must admit they had me worried.
Was not expecting much on Friday when the delivery came to be honest due to dodgy reviews on here and other sites.
Well, long story short I was blown away! The turf was absolutely perfect.
Once it was laid, it was like carpet! I ordered extra as I would always expect a dodgy patch or ten when buying turf from anywhere, but they were all bang-on! Had about 10 rolls left at the end and my neighbour was pretty chuffed with the freebies.
I know I only put in down on Friday (today is Monday) but if it doesn't grow well, I'm sure it will be down to me not preparing the surface well or laying any top soil (I just used what was already in the garden).
Cannot recommend these guys enough.
I know what it's like reading these reviews, you always wonder if the good ones are a mate or employee of the director or company, or if there was some kind of incentive for me to write this.
I can promise you there isn't in my case whatsoever...I was/am so happy with the service and product I have received, I felt I should reward them in this small way.

Online ordering is simple and well structured. Prices are competitive and a good choice of quality, but most importantly the quality of the Turf ordered and delivered (Jubilee) was first class. All rolls were of high quality and of consistent size and shape with a very good straight edge's. Would recommend and use again.

I placed an order with Q lawns for topsoil and 53 rolls of turf, I gave specif details for the delivery as we live on a busy cut through used by other neighbors to take their children to school. The delivery arrived within the allotted time but was dumped outside of our house on a public footpath which it then blocked. Our neighbor was asked to sign for the delivery and they informed the delivery driver that he should not leave the pallets there containing the turf as it was blocking the pathway. He decided to take no notice and left, I received a call from a worried neighbor to inform me of this and rushed home to try an resolve it, I called the office and explained the situation and was told that they would try and get in contact with the driver and ask him to return. After a few hours of chasing I was informed that the driver would not be able to return so the turf had to stay where it was, this was a massive inconvenience to the mums with buggies and prams that now had to step off of the pathway with their children to walk into a road as the turf was completely blocking a public pathway. The turf was then laid by a landscape gardener the next day and the turf was in a terrible state. The majority of the turf was burnt and when laid was black. This was a sure sign that the turf had been cut a few days earlier and left before making the lorry journey from Northamptonshire to Reading. I have explained all of this to Q lawns on a few occasions along with our gardener to then be greeted with a welcome of "oh not you again" and hung up on!! the customer service has been appalling and I have had to purchase 20 new roles of turf to replace their product. All in all terrible service and product.

300 square metres of jubilee turf arrived on 21st October on time,all communications great, turf all of the highest quality everything was just perfect I can’t recommend this turf supplier enough Thank you
