The worst service I have ever encountered!
On three different occasions I have taken my TGE van here for Mot and service, and three times I’ve had problems. I’ve just collected the van which they left on the side ride of an industrial estate all day with £15k of my tools and equipment in, never had the courtesy to ring me to say they haven’t done anything to it. I’ve lost a days earnings all for my van just to sit on the side of the road to have nothing done! Their reply was it might get looked at tomorrow!
Absolute disgrace and not the first time it’s happened to me here. But it is the last and I warn others not to waste their time!

Well this place was great took my daughters horsebox for mot the service I got from booking to the test itself was 110%
And as a wheelchair user they treated me brilliantly the lady behind the desk was so nice as well as all they other people
They certainly made my anxiety at ease

Went to Harris daf on Saturday to pick a new fridge up for my XF and the idiot iam I left my phone on the counter and with 5 mins before they closed I had no chance of getting back before they closed so I called the parts department and Simon went above and beyond to get my phone back to me and kindly took it home with him and kindly waited for me to collect it .
Simon you are a diamond sir and I hope the beers and wine went down well

Never anywhere to park or turn around. Best to leave your lorry half a mile away and walk. Lorry been in for MOT, first day out both newly fitted wiper blades fell off !!

I really didn't want to even give 1 star but zero stars was not an option. I will NEVER buy an Ivecco ever again due the poor service by Harris Trucks at Witham. Salesman was perfect but the after sales service was the worsed I've ever experienced. Words fail me.

Well, where do we start?
Drivers waiting room with 4 chairs in an 8x4 space for a 4hour wait with no TV and no
information given as to how long it was likely to take to fix a blocked ad blu system,no signage for toilet no vending machine ,can't bring your trailer in the yard,I'm not blaming the fitter one bit but I think a little more thought for drivers who still have a load to deliver wouldn't go amiss.

Another lorry smashed my wing mirror off went straight to harr
Is truck and van got me wing mirror delivered to them straight away fitted it back on the road with in couple of hours thank you to the staff so efficient 🙂👏👏
