Can’t recommend enough! Had a beautiful Tiffany inspired cake from Happy Cow Vegan Bakery for my 21st birthday. It was red velvet and tasted even better than a “regular non vegan” red velvet cake.

Highly recommend Happy Cow Vegan Bakery for Vegan cakes for special occasions. The birthday cake was exactly like the pictures I shared with the owner to match and was absolutely delicious. The owner also worked in the very early hours to bring this all together due to the unseasonal hot weather we were experiencing.
