I have a parcel waiting for collection which should have been returned to the sender by now according to Royal Mail policy. Contacted Royal Mail who informed me that the post office branch needs to return it. Why has it not been returned yet? Also why is contact details of your branch not available? Please return my parcel to sender.

I've lived by this post office my whole life and honestly I've never had great service here. The staff are very unfriendly, always have been. Not to mention they are never open. They normally close the post office till by 1pm (if you're lucky! Or it's closed earlier) and I've just gone at 12pm today (7th Jan 2025) and there is a sign on the till to say they are closed until 13th January 2025. It seems they pick and choose when is convenient for them to be open. When I have time I will go to the Teddington post office as I've always had a lovely experience with the staff there.

What a waste of time, for the second consective day (this was today, Saturday) he refused to sell me a stamp, saying they were closed. The website says they were open the sign inside says they were open.
They are rude and they dont care about they costumers.

I wanted to thank the lady who runs the post office for her service this morning. I had to send a book to France, and with the IOSS changes since Brexit I was unsure how difficult it would be. She put my mind at rest, and excellent service, thank you.

This post office closes for an hour for lunch. Currently 13.15-14.15. Very annoying they do not update their website, really inconsiderate to customers who come during these times.

I’m local and I really want to like this shop and the post office! But EVERY TIME I visit it I always felt like I was talked down to like a dog! There’s never a “please” and everything they asked you was a command with a dreadful belittling tone.
