Awful experience with Halliwell Jones MINI Warrington.
Was coming over from NI to pick up vehicle. Firstly, had requested video and had numerous calls with dealership in advance of arrival. In all this communication they failed to tell me that the cars window was chipped/damaged yet they were fully aware of this.
Secondly, they an old address for me on the their system which during the sales process they'd failed to check with me so when I arrive it turns out they're registering the car to that address. I rectified this on the day and they said they'd get it sorted. 3 weeks later with no V5C certificate arriving I call the DVLA only to find that the car has indeed been registered to the old address and I will have to complete a form & pay £25 for a new V5C form to be issued. Email the dealership about this and suggest that they should be liable for this fee since it was their error and they simply ignored my email.

Went to view a used car from auto trader. Not on show, but was brought out for us to look at. Advertised as 11k miles but actually had 17k on, honest mistake. We left and not asked for any details which seemed odd considering we were taking a car in too . Polite enough staff to be fair

Fabulous service from start to finish at Halliwell Jones Warrington. I love my new mini! I part exchanged my car and received an excellent price for it. I purchased a new Mini Cooper Exclusive that came with a fantastic spec. The experience was fantastic. All the documentation was provided promptly and communication via email and phone was excellent. We purchased with James who was very professional and just lovely to deal with he made the overall experience enjoyable and stress free! Special thanks also to lovely Lisa for helping me with the spec on my car. Will for just always being so professional and friendly. I have been a customer for 12 years and this is my third Mini from Halliwell Jones Warrington so they must be doing something right to retain my

Amazing service from start to finish. Bought two mini’s now with the help of Lucy. Lucy kept me up to date on all stages, she answers emails and call’s extremely quickly and her knowledge is amazing!
Also which is very rare the aftercare is spot on too.
Will come for my 3rd in a few years ❤️
