“I received a beautiful anklet from H. Samuel as a birthday gift from my husband in February, and it was truly perfect. I’ve worn anklets since I was a teenager, and this one was by far the most comfortable and beautifully crafted I’ve ever owned. After seven months of daily wear, I was heartbroken when the anklet broke. Given how much I loved it, I returned it to the store in hopes of a resolution. The team at H. We had a fantastic experience in the barrow store today. The manager of the store was fantastic, we had a problem with my fiancé's necklace and it broke after the second replacement. So the manager said we could have another one or we could choose something else and we choose something, and because of the trouble in the past she gave us the new necklace for the same price as the original product. We are so thankful for all the help and the generous gesture.
