H Mart is a US-based grocery store, which sells mainly Korean products. It's not surprising that the company has its only UK branch in New Malden, given that there is a large Korean population who live nearby.

The shop is really big, with lots of Korean food products, including fresh and frozen. There are also products from many other Asian countries, such as China, Japan and Indonesia.

In addition to food, there are lots of other items on sale, including K-pop CDs and magazines, electrical items, homeware and kitchenware.

The shop is absolutely packed full of products, which can sometimes make it a bit hard to find what you're looking for, but staff are always happy to help. I can easily spend many hours browsing in here. There are also great special offers throughout the shop, which is a great way to try something you eaten before.

There is a large car park, which is free for customers, although it does get very busy at times. The shop does not have any self-service tills, but there are usually quite a lot of staffed tills open, so the service is pretty fast.

If you're looking for Asian products, particularly Korean, you will almost certainly find it here. It's a fantastic shop and a really fun place to buy interesting products, many of which you would struggle to find outside of Korea. The shop feels like a really authentic place, as though you're really in Korea! Wherever you live, it's worth visiting, to experience the excellent atmosphere!

A really huge supermarket with a very wide choice of Asian groceries. They have fresh fish, fresh meat, a lot of sauces and vegetables and other things you need for Asian cooking

Absolutely loved it here there is so much choice and such great prices. Everyone was helpful and I’d definitely be back it made my day and the mango ice cream ice pop is a massive recommendation

Place is huge and has a variety of items (fresh, chilled, frozen and packed); easy spend 1 hour+ there as you look for Korean and Asian groceries/ items. Parking is free (2 hour is free for customers based on the signage). Although there is plenty of parking, it does get packed.

Worth a visit if you are heading into New Malden with a car.

A well presented Korean/Asian supermarket. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area. Was however slightly disappointed to find most items on shelves here can be easily found in central London as well. So it’s not as unique as I had hoped 🙁

Amazing selection! Wish it was closer to where I live. Great produce and crab and lobster in tanks. Can't wait to go back. Very busy but well run.

Been there 2 or 3 times, and always thought it was great, amazing fresh seafood and a slightly better variety compared to other local Asian shops...

However, last Saturday that changed. We've bought some ginger drinks and guess what it has expired 2year ago, yes 2 year, 2022... How was that even allowed on the shelves 🤔

We also bought some kimchi, fortunately still in date but overnight the package has bloated and tasted off🤢🤮

Very disappointed given how far we travelled from (west Sussex and Surrey)

I often visit H Mart to purchase some groceries. The store is clean and the parking is plentiful. Ample range of products to suit basically every need you desire.
The fish counter is amazing but pricey. The meat section is great with well packed meats.
Vegetables are fresh, and the tofu section has a wide selection.
Great to see different product lanes for different countries, which makes it so easy to find d what you are looking for.
