Quite simply probably the 'best' experience and service I have received from any garage. I was completely stuck with the idea of having to take my car into a main dealership for the problem to not be diagnosed correctly. From my first contact with Jane on the phone to take my booking, and the communication throughout the process has been a complete breath of fresh air. I had lost all faith in finding a good quality garage until today, HC MOT & Service are fantastic.
Needless to say my problem was diagnosed, accurately, inc emailed reports, and competitive pricing.

My car developed a puncture and went flat so quickly, I was unable to drive it. Fortunately I was just around the corner. The keys were dropped off, they put some air in the tyre, and managed to drive it to the workshop, mend the puncture and it was ready for collection by lunchtime. Great service. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Called me up at work to ask if I could drop the car off when I had booked just to have it picked up (for free as HC local)..

They left my car in gear on my drive and my car Radio had been left on very loud.

My car duster (from inside dashboard) was damp, and had been used for something.

Alongside this my Mot cert had someone else's car details attached - no GDPR there!

Queried the £49. As on Ad it says from £40, but this is if you have a service too. Not clear.

Got messaged to discuss the above. Was given an apology for leaving the car in gear as my drive is a slight incline.
Again time to argue with a customer and not check the fine details!
