What a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful lady Lisa is. I called for magnets for Save the Date cards I’m making with my niece. I had wood slices made and when they arrived the magnets were way too thick so I called Guys Magnets. Not only was Lisa very knowledgeable about sizes, thickness, weight they would hold but she told me the very best glue to adhere to the magnets. Lisa then went on to talk me through the best way to ensure the exact placement on the invites and also how to make them the most attractive as possible by making a layer of card to go on the inside to conceal the steel washer she suggested to put on the back to save money by buying only one magnet per card not two. I could not have got better service so cannot recommend highly enough!! Thank you for being the epitome of a perfect small business!

I never received the magnets I ordered from this shop. The post office says they were delivered, customer service did querrie this with Royal Mail and then confirmed that they had been delivered even though I still haven't received them. I have been left with no magnets, no refund and poor customer service and definitely can't recommend this shop.

Poorly packaged magnets resulted in broken magnets arriving. Apparent "robust" packaging is actually a thin jiffy bag and a single bit of bubble wrap.
Refund received for 63p but that left me unable to replace magnets as you have to buy 10.
Poor communications/ response times to emails.
