They have great facilities and very friendly staff. However, their support during the sales process has been terrible.

I have been trying to arrange a test drive for over a week, and after sending an email, calling them twice and even going to the dealership in person I haven't managed to arrange it. They haven't bothered to call me back despite promising to do so at least twice.

Moreover, during my visit to the dealership the sales person was unable to answer a couple of questions about the model in question, and promised to check for me and call me with an answer (which never happened).

I have now decided to buy a different vehicle from a different make which offered much better support throughout the process.

My advice is, if you are interested in a BMW find a different dealership.

I popped into bmw hindhead last week to look at an m2 they had listed for sale on auto trader. I met the salesman Sam who was friendly and helpful.

The deal they had on was extremely generous and the car was beautiful and even had the optional carbon bucket seats too.

Unfortunately I decided through no fault of their own to keep my current m2 competition a little bit longer as I’m still in a bit of negative equity and save a bit more money and aim for an m3/m4 in a few months instead

I want to say a big thank you to the manager Russell who couldn’t have been any nicer to me. No pressure and worked as hard as he could to get me a good price for my part exchange. Great people and great customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future when the time is right to upgrade. 10/10

Excellent BMW dealership. I brought my car in for a full service, the car was attended to quickly and I was kept up to date through out the process. The service team showed excellent customer services today, and were very helpful especially in regard to getting a new number plate printed out. Lovely interior, very comfortable seating. I’ll definitely be choosing Group1 and most likely the Hindhead dealership for my car maintenance.

Excellent service from Stuart.
He had good coms which were clear and direct.
The online portal for paperwork was secure and straightforward.
Negotiations for the car were sensible and direct with a very good price agreed - much better than other BMW dealers (many of whom told me they couldn't match the price achieved).
Nice touch to get a number plate with part of my initials included.
Handover of the car was very smooth and the showroom was comfortable and bright - a lovely cuppa ay 8.30am.
Team were aware that I was tight for time and efficiently got me on the road and in an awesome new BMW.

I found my perfect car at this dealership and after communicating with Stuart for a few days I rang up to pay a deposit. Stuart had let me know he was going to be away so I just asked to speak to someone in sales and got put through to Ian, that was the beginning of a very disappointing phone call. I asked a couple of questions about the car, which was ok, then Ian asked how I was going to pay and I said 'cash'. This was clearly the wrong answer has he carried on about low interest rates etc, I explained that I'm an accountant and understand money, he continued to push and eventually I told him he'd just successfully lost an almost £60k sale.
