This is the repair side of the business.

I wouldn't take a pram to this lot, they treat customers like something stuck to the bottom of a shoe.

Neither department talk to each other creating the worst of the worst, they simply don't have any redeeming attributes which has made us beyond despair.

My daughters car has been stuck in a compound since December restoring for a part that their "technicians " have broken during a recall.

I could go on and on but I won't in case this mess all gets legal, just don't go here for recalls or repairs, if you're out of warranty just find a good independent specialist and save your self the pain.

!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Our car was called in for a recall, next thing we know, they had written it off for over 2 months! They were supposed to do a simple check but decided to play around with the engine, resulting in half the engine being damaged! To say they were useless, is an understatement, and provided very very little communication. To make matters worse, they left it OUTSIDE in the winter weather for that time too. Doesn't take an expert to work out the issue there. They offered to do an MOT and it "passed", looking forward to seeing what further damage they have done.
I urge anyone and everyone to avoid this place, they may be nice when you buy a car, anything else - bloody awful.

Thankyou Jack Esden for a great experience purchasing a brand new Mini.
Cannot be any happier with our purchase and thanks to Jack it was all sailing smooth throughout. The after sales was superb and myself being the customer could not be any happier, before and also after purchasing.

He was super friendly, polite and knowledgable about explaining different gadgets with the car and made us feel comfortable knowing we can use it to its full potential.

Cannot give anymore credit to Jack, he gave us the experience we can only wish for in the future when we return to Mini.

He’s acquired a life long customer.

Complete waste of my time. This was the first time I was to use Barons for a service so I Phoned Barons on a Friday to book my car in for a brake fluid change, cost @£140. I was told that they could do it the following Monday. We agreed 8.30 and that the fluid change would be a while you wait service and would take about 1.5 hours. I am not local to Bedford but I arrived in plenty of time 8.10. I am greeted by the receptionist and by a young man with a clipboard as soon as I walk in the door. So far the service is good. But it turns out my name is not on the clipboard, not to worry we can use the self check in machine. The young man put my details into the machine and eventually my car popped up and it was noted that I was there for a brake fluid change. I also registered my interest for a dash cam. A little door pops open under the check in machine, my car keys are placed inside and I head off to Starbucks for a coffee. A few minutes later I receive a text saying "We confirm that your car is now registered and we will contact you when it is ready to be picked up or if there are any other questions related to this appointment." Very impressive. So I head off for my coffee. 10.00 no news from Barons so I take a stroll back and there is my car sitting exactly in the same place that I left it. At that moment i knew it had not been touched. I am greeted by the receptionist again and asked to wait in the waiting area. I wait and wait and wait. The receptionist passes by again and I am told I won't need to wait much longer. I can sense by now something is wrong. Then the BMW service advisor arrives, sits down and says "You booked your car in online on Saturday? No, I phoned up on Friday and booked my car in. Ahh we have been having problems with our online booking system so you are not in my diary so we haven't done your car. I can see if the workshop can do it today if you can leave it or you can re schedule. I took my key and left. No follow up phone call, No text message to say my car was ready or that it had left your care. And no e mail about that Dash cam I was interested in either. I won't be coming back Barons and neither will my wife with her mini. I will be sticking with my small local independent garage.

I cannot fault the service at Baron's Mini, Bedford. Courteous, friendly, responsive. I have confidence in them. The vehicle health check was sent quickly and in good detail to show me if anything else was required. Nothing. Service very reasonably priced and washed and vacuum included. Their pricing is very clear and that is important. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was.

Great experience purchasing our Mini Cooper S from Jack Esden. Very easy to complete paperwork online and all questions answered thoroughly and efficiently. Another sales person, Joshua also provided us with a handover of the vehicle and answered all of our questions as well. Would highly recommend Mini Bedford.
