Unfortunately my experience was no good although the products were very beautiful when they arrived.
Their colour jumpers run in the cold wash at 30° it dyed the white print on my jumper and it's now unusable. Worst of all, they don't get back to your emails.

Used these guys on numerous occasions. Always truly excellent customer service no matter what. Really cool independent stuff on sale, and at really competitive prices too. Whenever there's a sale, the % knocked off is always a chunk and not minimal like other retailers. Whenever I've had a need to converse with Grindstone they reply quickly, and with a real empathy, understanding and care. Delivery is super quick and quality is always excellent. All in all, Top Drawer. 😁

Sadly the customer service is terrible and the ability to alter promotional codes is outdated as you can not remove codes to make way for others. The responses from their team are very unhelpful, lack empathy, and felt like an automatic computer response. They do not like resolving issues. They will ignore customers. Sadly I've heard similar things from other alternative friends. Such a shame as they are local company to me. I am a regular at many other gothic online stores and never had an issue like this. They seriously need to train their customer service team more and update their site for the better. Even meeting a customer part way or just acting as if you are a human responding to a nothing being would of been nice.
