I unreservedly recommend GTH Chard for the sale of your property. We have received outstanding support, advice and service from them throughout the sale process. James, Geraldine and Fiona form a brilliant team. In addition to being very approachable, friendly and down to earth in their manner, they are exceptionally proactive and hardworking, they always have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, they ooze experience and have extensive knowledge of the local area. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Moreover, reassuringly, when there is a problem, the office phone is always answered during working hours!

My experience with GTH has been positive from the start. James went out of his way to show me properties which met my criteria. Appointments were made to meet my needs and if James was delayed the office kept us informed.
Any contact with the team in the office has been positive as they work as a cohesive team to support their clients.

Unfortunately our house fell though. And GTH chard said if you come back with a buyer we would take the house off the market. So we found a new buyer. Yet GTH did not take house off the market. For that reason I will avoid any buying from them in the future. I feel they could have done better.

Amazingly good. Best Estate Agent experience ever. James has qualities which I demand but rarely see. James Listens! He quickly understands, and he has an amazing network of skills and trades that can resolve issues quickly. What he does is fair to both sellers and buyers and I've phoned him to personally thank him and GTH. Ten Stars would be better.

The team at GTH Chard have helped me with a rental process for my property and then a sale process. Despite the context of tricky financial and property markets, they have been so helpful, proactive and positive. Thank you one and all. 🙂
