Car exactly as described over the phone, all the supporting paperwork made available to see. Helpful without being pushy, great experience. Car ready for collection at appointed time, cleaned inside and out with new MOT (no advisories). Nice that the fuel tank had been topped up for my 130 miles journey back to Exeter.
