Remember "If you don't use it, you lose it" let's keep the Village Shop & PO going.
This has been our closest pop to shop for 10+ yrs now, there's parking out front, it's always clean, tidy & has everything you need, plus a post office too! all the staff are always really friendly & super helpful, thank you.

Totally disagree with the last review. It’s a very nice village shop and post office. They have a variety of products for the local villagers and get products in when requested. As for the staff they are very pleasant and provide excellent customer service.

All village shops can either be helpfull with good stocks or struggle to offer enough so villagers do not have to go to the larger supermarkets, well this is one that keeps good stocks and wide variety of goods, enough to not have the need to go only when that 'main shop' is required. We all love the way it is run and by the family that have now run it for many years and it keeps getting better.

expensive but okay has what you need. the person that takes parcels but is very grumpy if you have pre payed the letter or parcel because they make less money. For example the other day I took a pre paid parcel and they where very rude. the person beind me then went and asked to pay for it then they sparked into life greeting them and asking how their day was.

I find the shop ok,however the owner who is behind the post office I find her to be very rude, she talks to the older generation, but when my 21 yr old goes in, she’s totally ignored,I think everyone should be treated the same, and respect for everybody who goes into the post office, however the gentleman who is in the post office on a Saturday , is totally the opposite, we can’t fault him at all, total respect for everyone, however old they are, and very friendly,
