Small and old fashioned feeling. Has some good shops but generally there isn't much reason to go unless you need the specific shops that are there. I go to visit peacocks and savers as these aren't at lakeside. Otherwise if you have the choice then lakeside is the superior option.

A very basic shopping centre and the area isn't all that great either after visiting from a long walk. Best stick to Lakeside for all the best stores

Free parking on Sunday.
Great shops for down to earth people like me.
Nothing upper class or posh, good old pound shops x3, farmstores, Iceland, wilkos, savers.
Love it.

Such a quiet place! I thought it will be packed like usual but it was very pleasant to walk without the need to swing your body side to side.

There are lots of shops here. It's also really close to Grays train station. I went on a Thursday morning and it was really quiet

Needs knocking down. Could have been nice if a little imagination was used . I just feel that there needs to be more things to do in grays its been neglected for years. I know there are plans for regeneration if it ever happens hopefully things will improve!
