I purchased a suit for a wedding that needed alternations on both trousers and jacket. I was introduced to Graham who not only managed to turn things around in good time, he provided a superb level of customer service that made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. I will certainly be returning as and when I need to purchase or alter another garment and would highly recommend you do the same.

We have been customer of Gray Palmer recently and cannot praise them enough. We dealt with Graham & Henry and are thoroughly professional and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. The shop is filled with both formal and informal wear and the quality is second to none. They also do kilt hire of which we availed ourselves and were very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Gray Palmer.

Very poor.
Spent several hundred pounds here in 2016/ 2017 & previous years. Had a jacket reserved. Had offered to pay deposit & was told no need. They even called me to check if I was still collecting.
Went to collect & was told they put it back into stock & sold it.
Man in charge is very pompous & really didn't care.
I try to use small independent local even though it cost more & that's how you get treated.
Will never use this shop again.
