I have always enjoyed shopping at Grape Tree Epsom for a number of reasons. The store is always spotlessly tidy and the shelves fully stocked with a wide range of excellent products.
In addition the staff are very helpful and friendly, but special mention to Helen, the Manager who is always charming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products making it easier to decide what might be the most suitable option from the many choices available

Lovely company, just a shame about the staff in the Ashley Centre. Very abrupt service and I could hear the person who was to serve me laughing halfway up down the shopping centre without a care for anyone else. Which is unfortunate as I love Grape Trees products but the toxic environment in the shop has lost me as a future customer. : (

Visited the shop 20 Oct 2023. Shop laid out well and spacious. Good value products. 4 staff inside the shop and two security people outside the shop looking in on us. Felt uncomfortable and oppressive. Won't be returning to Ashley centre or to the shop.
