Returns label wasn't being picked up by his scanner. All he had to do was type the number code underneath. Couldn't be bothered. Just as well I don't buy anything here. Five minutes to Bletchingley done.

Find one certain member of staff at the post office counter very rude. I have been over charged quite a few times. To be honest I would rather travel to another post office now.

I needed to post something urgently after work today. The website says the post office is open until 5.30. I arrived at 5.05 to be told that they were closing early. I asked if they could please accept my parcel (which would take all of a minute to process) and they refused. I like to support local business but will never set foot in here again...absolutely no reason not to have helped me other than being arrogant and unhelpful

I always find the shop owners friendly and helpful..it occasionally has problems with its computer for the post office so it pays if you are carrying big packets for postage to ring in first.see everything ok...its a village post office .so times may be slightly different.but overall recommended.for convenience.and variety of things to buy....simon

Post office website says open until 12 on a Saturday but when you turn up at 11.20 your told only open until 11 on Saturday’s. Useless!
