I had to change a pair of jeans as they were too big for me. During the exchange process I dealt with Sophie and Abby in customer service. I found them both to be very helpful, friendly and really quick to respond as well. Their free returns process using DHL was easy to use once I understood the process. And delivery was really quick as well 🙂

I spent a fortune on an order from this company 8 days ago. The delivery time states 2 days. despite numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, all the information I have is that my order hasn't been dispatched yet and that the only person who can help or let me know when this might happen is either busy, or in the last case has left the office even though she knew I was waiting for a call. I have no idea if my clothes with ever arrive or if anyone will respond to me. I would avoid in the future.

Ordered couple of coats and it’s been week that no information of where the order is or will it be ship or not, tried calling the phone number but it seems to be busy all the time.
