Absolutely rubbish company and people. They do not reply at all and do not pick up phone. I don't know where my parcel is and there is no way of tracking it either. Not a professional company at all. I would suggest that you go to a more professional company. I would not have dealt with them if I had known that their service was so terrible! Would definitely not recommend them. Save your money from these fraudsters and scammers.

Pathetic, company. No consideration for the retired residents living adjacent to the unit. They continue their 24x7 operations at the cost of the peace for those living near by. The company has no moral obligations for the environment, continue to operate their business when RETIRED folks ask for peace over the weekends. Pathetic. I would give this company -1000 if there was such a score.

Ridiculous customer service, do not reply to messages and do not answer calls. I've been waiting 2 or 3 days for my parcel and no one has got back to me about when it is coming or other information regarding my parcel

Recrnt Update: My parcels have finally been delivered, regrettable that 1 cup was broken into several tiny pieces... I am happy that they called me back, found out about my parcels & got them delivered to me, thatswhy I am updating the review, thank you!

rubbish company...it takes ages for delivery. I even can't trace my parcel with the tracking number. it tooks over 3 weeks till now I haven't received my parcel. no one answer the calls either
