No marked prices so beware, you MUST haggle. This is fine as a business but the owner's prices are extraordinarily high. Rest assured, though, he has absolutely no idea what he's selling. There are some great clothes in here, genuinely, and if you're smart and know what branded deadstock you're buying you can knock that price down below market value. They're also not great at haggling themselves. Unfortunately, this alt style appeals to a lot of young women and as a small, young woman myself I felt overly pressured and unable to physically leave at times. Though I do understand the overly friendly owner dishing out compliment after compliment is just part of the trade.

If this isn't for you, there's a great alt shop nearby with good prices lol. And when I was there, also plenty of punks who'll probably tell you for free the tips of the style.

The staff are very rude and disrespectful. I want to the shop last month with my fiancée and I got told by the owner ( Steve) that I have to wait at the back of the shop until my fiancée came back and as we tried to go the owner tried to faulse me to buy something for my fiancée and I asked him what do you want me to buy just to see how dirty minded he was so he said you can buy this then let her try it on as send her to me the item of clothing was a plastic see through skirt. At the time when the owner asked me to buy the skirt for my fiancée and I said no about 20 times he did not like it when I said why don’t you get your wife to wear it for you. I also asked him why are you looking at young ladies and telling your staff to try and get their phone numbers. This guy is a very bad person who wants to go in different parts of the shop with the young ladies. I would not recommend this shop to anyone as he puts the prices up and he is always touching his private part when he sees a young lady.

The most awful shop I have ever been in. They tried to lure us into the basement and wouldn’t let us leave. this shop needs to be shut down immediately me and my friend are extremely creeped out by this experience.

Not good, the man followed us around the store like a bad smell everything is piled up so high you can’t tell what’s there and it smells like mould and shouted at us and called us fussy when we didn’t want to pay 50 pound for something that he actual rust on it he said was ‘unique design’

I went in there knowing that the customer service was going to be terrible. I had read the previous reviews and the only reason that I went there is because it is the only shop I know of near by that sells the style of clothing that I like.
Thought I would elaborate in an online review.
The people running the shop have no idea what they are doing and do not care. I asked the assistant in the shop if they sold bondage trousers, and if you know anything about punk goth fashion then you would know what those are, I asked twice and they had no clue what I was asking for even though I found a pair in the shop looking for myself. They asked me for my size I told them and they still kept trying to get me to buy trousers that were 2 sizes too small, even though I kept saying that they are the wrong size. I kept asking for trousers in pink they kept trying to sell me a pair in red, then when I asked if they had a changing room in the shop assistant asked me to go into the room next door to the upstairs shop display to try them on without any privacy. Its obvious that these people know little about what they are selling and do not care about customer service, and its shame because the products themselves are decent quality but the customer service is atrocious. And thats on top on the fact that the prices are overblown.

I went to this store and was very excited when I saw the clothes and the different amount of accessories they had and I was definitely doing to buy something as this store has some amazing and beautiful stuff. but wanted to look around first. But the owner of the store was very rude and inappropriate to me and wouldn't let me look around properly. And I found him very intimidating and very unprofessional. Its such a shame as this is a lovely clothing store but the elderly man's attitude is the issue

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This place is an absolute joke to Camden.
My first time I have ever been and I went in with my mum, I’m just 21 and I’m quite a young girl and I was fully taken advantage of when entering the store.
As soon as I walked in the older man that must be the owner said I’d love the shop etc, I had a first look around and then a younger man around 25-30ish asked my size and said they had larger sizes upstairs, I didn’t want too go upstairs as I was in a strange place but they pressured me into going so I went upstairs with the younger man, whilst upstairs he kept telling me how pretty I was, telling me stuff would look nice on me etc and was overly very inappropriate towards me.
They kept my mum downstairs and wouldn’t let her come up, she went outside thinking I wasn’t going to buy anything, when I came down with a pair of pants, the old man said inappropriate things to much such as they don’t get pretty girls like me in the store and made me feel very uncomfortable, they then told me they were £85 to which I was absolutely blown away as they weren’t good enough quality for that price, I felt as though if I said no I would be hurt or worse so I paid for them and very quickly left.
My mum obviously was very shocked at the price so she went back in and they refused to take them back and give a refund, they came up with £30 back for them in cash which is ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was excited by the look of the place as it had cool trousers on display and decided to go in. My friend asked where to find an item and the man rudely replied it's a self serve store look yourself, I found a rack of band hoodies and teeshirts and was looking at a mayhem hoodie the staff make you feel uncomfortable and tower over you everywhere you look. They had alot of second hand shoes including new rocks down the back of the store so I asked the size of a pair and they wouldn't tell me but insisted I try on, the shoes fitted so I asked how much and then kept saying he had to ask the boss who said £300 which is NOT what they cost new and the old man kept insisting they where new after me and my friend explained they where £150 new we eventually got them for £80 after all that they kept trying to get us down to the basement. The store is filled with amazing stuff but doesn't have prices. I wish the staff would be normal and not make me feel so intimidated as it could be an amazing store.
