Beautiful shop, full of lovely baby items from pushchair bundles and car seats to baby baths and gifts.Kirsty and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and helped me to find my perfect pushchair and car seat. I was kept up to date about my order at all times and thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience each time I visited. I would highly recommend.

Picked my pram up today, I’m so glad I went to the shop and got some really great advice as I knew nothing about prams or car seats, I didn’t really know what I wanted or needed. I’m confident I’ve got one that will meet my new families needs. The shop is local if I need any support with fitting or more advice, really glad I didn’t just get one off the internet. Thanks for the great service, 100% recommend.

Kirsty goes above and beyond for her clients. It’s when something goes wrong that you see the true quality of a companies customer service. I had an issue with my pram and Kirsty was committed to resolving problem for me. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a pushchair system back in November and paid in full. The pram was supposedly being delivered to the store in January.
Rang the store mid January to be told it hadn’t yet arrived so tried again a week or so later to be told the same. This kept happening. Then got told it would be arriving later that day and she would give me a phone call the day after when it arrived. Got a phone call the day after to be told it didn’t arrive the day before but would be arriving that day 🙃 again more lies.
From that day I haven’t heard a word. Sent multiple messages and emails on all social media platforms that Giraffe Nursery is on and even personal social media platforms and been ignored on all. I’m having my daughter on Friday and not heard a word or received goods.
The Facebook page disappeared for a couple of weeks and since it has been reactivated I’m now blocked from sending any messages to the page 🤣
Absolutely do not recommend!

Failed to keep my daughter up dated and it seems that all my daughter gets is excuses. So upsetting as she is now stressing if she will actually get the pram etc before she is due. After saying we would be at the shop this morning there was no one there. My daughter called but it went to answer phone. I then called using my phone and the call was answered straight away. I was told the pram would be delivered to my daughter's home today. The pram etc was going to be delivered at 2pm and then low and behold the vehicle bringing the pram broke down. Now apparently it will be delivered after 5pm today. Really not holding our breaths. Well well well the pram has been delivered.

I am awaiting any communication with the shop I have called every day for the past week regarding a car seat I have purchased with Giraffe at the beginning of December my daughter is due in 2 weeks!!! we have been into the shop and promised this was coming numerous times but no nothing at all for over 2 weeks, no communication! shocking service

Thankfully now under new ownership!!! We went to the shop on Saturday and bought a car seat. The shop is beautifully presented with an amazing range of products available. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great shopping experience.
