Lucy and Frankie at Gin House Flowers were amazing in creating the most magical flower displays for our wedding. From our first contact, they made the creative process seamless, from conceptualising what we were looking for, offering their knowledge and expertise on flowers that matched our colour scheme and season to creating beautiful displays for our venue. My bouquet was everything I could have hoped, the size, trail, colour and presentation was stunning. Lucy and Frankie’s warm and welcoming disposition made us feel that nothing was too much and on the morning of the wedding everything was delivered to the venue timely and professionally. We cannot rate Gin House Flowers highly enough! Our wedding flowers were everything we wanted and more. Everything was so fresh, bright and beautifully arranged. We also found Lucy to be absolutely wonderful - she listened to everything we wanted so carefully, and worked with us until she really understood our perfect arrangement. Lucy also came to set up on the day of the wedding at no extra cost, and we were so pleased to have her expertise with table decorations on the day. Everything was just perfect. I was treated with such empathy and kindness. I'm so sorry I cannot remember the lovely lady's name, I'm heavily grieving. My daughter was stillborn on her 10th of December and when I was able to manage making funeral arrangements, they were advised to me by the bereavement midwives at thr Rosie.
The levels of comfort and empathy can't be quantified. I felt I and my daughter were truly cared for and the flowers were so beautiful, more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Such a warm and friendly experience given the circumstances. Everything was taken care of. I'm so grateful and in your debt.
