I stumbled upon Gift Company walking round Braintree Village and honestly, I’m impressed! I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it would be the same old generic stuff, but they’ve got some really cool and quirky options. From personalized mugs to funky home decor. I left with a giant (nearly 1m diameter) clock - looks great on the wall.

Wow what a treasure trove of fabulous gift ideas. I felt like a kid in a sweet shop. So many lovely items at amazingly low prices. Will definitely be returning.

My favourite shop ever. Great selection of gifts, very friendly helpful staff and very affordable. You're guaranteed to find something you love even for the hardest of people to buy for though you might find it difficult giving it away,!

Lovely shop, very unusual gifts, shame the staff aren't very polite. Went in there today and only one till open but it looked like there were two as there were two people behind the counter, I got told in rather an abrupt voice 'the queue is there (pointing her finger) as you can see we only have one til working' was then told to join the end of the queue, I wouldn't mind but I'd been queuing for 10 minutes

Not a great experience, won't be going back. Rude staff and badly laid-out and in my view doesn't follow government guidelines in regards to Covid-19. Queue for the till definitely didn't have space for 2 metres apart.

Not a happy visit to the shop today. Was advised by a member of staff that they would put an item aside for us to come back and collect in a couple of hours only for them to have sold it to someone else before we came back. Sarcastic comment made by another member of staff which was infuriating and very condescending. We have previously purchased alot of items from this shop but will no longer shop there due to the disrespectful way they have treated us as customers. The staff need training in how to conduct themselves.

Nice little store wit some great little items it has now changed it's location within the Braintree shopping village so don't be upset if it's not where it's been for a number of years as it's still there
