Friendly, fast and efficient repairs.
Took a wheel in for repairs, the problem was attended, agreed and given a deadline within minutes. Great to know the timescales when you need your bike back up and running asap. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and business like.all round a great experience, will use them again and recommend.

These guys fixed an issue that had eluded me and my local bike shop's efforts for months, fixing it in a day. Super helpful advice with some too with my wheels, really felt like Roger (think that was his name) in the workshop went absolutely above and beyond when it came to providing value for money. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, fast repair, 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

One of the most arrogant staff ever.

If they are not open to servicing cycles that are not purchased from them, they should advertise so and stick to servicing just the cycles they sell.

We called in to ask if they would help with our cycle. They asked us to walk in. When we went in, one look at the cycle and it started the worst ever customer service. The person was extremely condescending and told us “whatever you have spent to buy that cycle is far cheaper than what you will pay for the service here.”

This firm should just advertise their services for goods bought at their store only and save everyone the time and effort to not just go there but also get mistreated (as if buying a cycle elsewhere is a crime!).

We don’t recommend this place at all!

Went to this shop today for a headset bearing kit for my Giant reign E+ , Called the shop 1st hand was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant & helpful person, Then to be passed to the mechanic to confirm my product I was collecting was 100% correct & in stock 💯👌🏾 Then upon arrival the floor staff were very friendly the shop is very tidy & well presented for shoppers to look around & see all products that they may need nothing is hidden or out of sight, Finally once one of the staff was free to deal with me the service & process was very friendly & efficient & they had me on my way with what I needed 👌🏾💯 My giant reign is now up & running nice & smoothly ready for the trails thanks to these guys , Much appreciated Giant Bristol 😎💪🏾

Super Team. They allowed me to ride. I had forgotten my rear wheel axle at home. I specify that I arrived at the closed store. They were very patient and attentive on a Saturday evening. Thank you si much !
