First time ordering, an item was missing. I contacted customer service and the response was amazingly fast and the missing item arrived literally a couple of days later. The quality is excellent as is the value for money, my only negative feedback would be for the box to be secured better. Something heavy had clearly been sat on top of it, i assume in the delivery drivers van and so the box was squashed open. I think securing with parcel tape and not sellotape would be better. Other than that, no faults at all and i will definitely be ordering again. This order is for a hamper i am putting together for my husband’s birthday and i cannot wait for him to open it. He is going to be thrilled.

My purchases were made on line so I cannot comment on shop.. I have returned several times to purchase jars of sweets.. great delivery service. I would have given 5 stars all round but my last jar of peanut brittle contained lots of single peanuts possibly broken in transit... still tastes great though !

Website is easy to use with accurate descriptions and pictures of products. All products received are in date and they have a lovely selection of sweets. Ordering was easy and products arrived on time. Will definitely use again.

I bought a giant jar of sweets as a sharing present for a couple. They were very happy with the contents and the reusable jar. A nice alternative to chocolate. It took a few days for me to be notified that one of my choices was not available but after I chose a substitute delivery was within a couple of days.

I am old school and I always look out for sweets I use to buy when I was younger. This website offers that so I ordered sweets I use to love as a child. Great selection of sweets packaging excellent service very quick . I am definitely going to order again for my grandchildren give them a insight to what I used to buy. This is an online sweet shop.called giant Bradley's which offers great sweets thar are fresh and a goid service . They cost bit more than in your average high street shops and supermarkets but the service is very good but delivery can be a little slow but I think they have to get the orders together and mone can usually be big ! The sweets a are old school faves like refreshers and hubba bubba and that and I enjoy them so much ! The packaging is translucent and thick plastic and sweets packaged very well nicely and professionally. I just struggle a bit with getting into the bags with the bag sealer thing at top.. I always struggle with those ! Some of the sweets are on sale for 20p.and sometimes they sell things off cheap if have a short date on them . So you can get a bargain . I really love milk gums and so I ordered few packs of them.this time .they also sell chocolate too ! . Any emails are dealt with well and professionally to them. They do their best to get the products to you as soon as possible. I like the company and just waiting for my sweets to arrive now ! They also sell in bulk if yiu want that too but also singularly and I love their sherbert fountains so very much ! Yum ! Dawn christy headingley leeds
