I popped into this shop to sell unwanted Jewellery. I was met by a delightful and helpful lady. She advised the person. Who buys the items would be in tomorrow and they would be in touch once items had been examined.
I had a call from the gentleman who was very helpful and offered to buy the items. I was extremely surprised at the price offered which I accepted.
He gave a clear explanation of the process of the purchase and payment. Within a very short time the money was in my account.
An extremely professional service by all those I spoke with. Absolutely delighted with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Garnier Jewellers shop to those wishing to sell unwanted Jewellery.

Been using the shop for yrs have bought many items from them they are very friendly staff good to talk to good advice , I bought a Cuban chain that I wanted to be made into a chain and bracelet they talked me through the process with patience and knowledge. I was over the moon with the work carried out I also asked if I could get my links taken out of my watch not a problem within minutes of waiting. Not like timpsons previously who took one hr and scratched watch. I would highly recommend this place for all jewellery

AVOID BEWARE AVOID **
Gave me the Price for gold diamond rings upsizing. Sent my rings off to Hatton Garden workshop. Rang me a week later & told me the Price had gone up by £300.00 !!! They had sent my rings away & I felt vulnerable & tricked
Into paying £300 more. I asked for my rings back. It took another week to get them back. We think that the Diamond has been changed over. Please Be Warned.

Fantastic jewellers and Charles and his team have been very helpful to me over the years. His work is excellent and has helped me with a wedding ring enlargement and more recently and bell and Ross watch strap. Really reasonably priced and highly recommended.
