Visited the store today and was disappointed in the state of the store, the shelves being messy, the shop being so hot and untidy despite staff standing around chatting at the till and the front doors being closed in the heat

I asked to speak to the manager, as I knew him from a previous visit, and was told he’d left, they have a new manager and therefore some things had changed…

All I can really say is the store/service quality has taken a massive dive since the manager who had half an arm has left…

i visited the store today, it was a rather busy so there was a short wait but that was ok, i was helped by a guy that had 1/2 an arm

he was very helpful despite me taking a while and was extremely knowledgeable as well as polite and easy going, i asked about a few different games and he was able to answer everything i wanted to know.

hes a really cool member of your team

Decent shop, good selection of games and accessories, good selection of items in the window too and nice staff although there’s not that many of them, very often the same 2 or 3,
I’ve been the shop a number of times and nearly always get served by the same person, a tall guy with half his arm missing.

he’s always very friendly asking if you need any help, he’s knowledgeable and cool to chat with, often he’s manning the counter and sorting out the stock on the shelves as well, despite having only one arm, he’s very efficient and competent

Trying to support local shop instead of buying on line BUT- bought a gaming mouse just before Christmas day, mouse didn't work. I lost the receipt but had a digital proof of purchase (bank and apple pay record). Came back in a week- guy said I didn't charge it properly. Went back home came back two days later (living out of town) and the guy refuses to exchange/return my money. Poor service !!!

Gavin was extremely helpful today. My brother came in to get me a headset and Division 2. Gavin was very patient and ended up saving me some money on a special edition copy. Will definitely return just for the service provided!

Terrible customer service. Mispriced item, over charged and not refunded.They had a product in the window priced at 29.99 which I purchased as a present which has now been given. I admit that i didn't pay attention to the card machine when paying but realised later that the receipt read 39.99. I have returned to the shop to let them know, they confirmed the advertised price was incorrect and the assistant manager removed the sticker from the product in the window. I went back the next day with the reciept to ask for a refund but was told 'we've got new owners and realistically the returns exchange policy doesn't exist. There is nothing I can do, it was a human error, I can't give your money back'. I was told this by the assistant manager. Would have given 0 stars if possible.
