What an absolute delight it was to shop at Gallyons Country Lifestyle. From the very start the two ladies that were working that day were nothing but helpful. Utterly polite, they couldn’t do enough to assist me and I left the shop with a smile after purchasing some very reasonably priced Hunter wellingtons.

Customer Service is something the UK generally lacks in comparison to other nations, but it was such a refreshing and reassuring experience last Wednesday and I left the shop feeling like a valued customer.

The shop was clean, well presented and ergonomically how it should be. Exceptional all round.

I've visited this shop on a number of occasions and I have to say it has the rudest staff I've ever had the misfortune to come across. If you like to be patronised, looked down upon and treated like something horrible they've trod in, this is the shop for you.
