Such a fantastic country store. The staff are incredibly helpful and the products are of good quality with a great range of apparel, shooting and hunting accessories and fishing gear. Previously bought clothing, wellingtons and binoculars from the store, every time the customer experience has been 5 star. A good selection of fly fishing products too, which is a bonus for me as a keen game angler. Would highly recommend to anyone around Norwich.

I recently made a purchase online for a lovely coat from this store. The price was very competitive but more importantly the customer service I got is the best customer service I received all year. They were incredibly helpful, informative and conscientious. I cannot recommend this store and the team more highly.

Went in today as my wellies had broken and where under warranty had to take the day off work to do so and they where very helpful I couldn't asked for a better experience! Within about 3hours of me dropping them off they already had a replacement pair ready for me. I was expecting a 2-4 day turnaround but it was all done in the same morning. I would highly recommend gallyons to everyone great customer service and great products. Thank you, Rachael and Emma couldn't of asked for a better experience shopping with you!

The shop is how I remember it and still has the warmth you expect, what I don't expect is to be pushed into sales and consistently asked am I buying today. How vulgar and pushy, the older lady had no intention in showing myself and partner what we asked for but instead something totally different and wrong. I'm glad uttings is still an option... when spending hundreds of pound on cloths you want to know the shop it is coming from is respectable and of integrity especially towards its customers and how they may appear... I found this experience very disappointing and saddening to which I will not be going back I will go directly to A,P for future purchases or uttings...

would just like to leave a review thanking the team at Norwich in helping me find the perfect dog walking coat..excellent service, good product knowledge based on their own experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent range of styles for all budgets.
also the dog was made to feel welcome as we spent a good 30 mins in the shop , she was also given bowls of water..

Just the say the shop also supported Norwich by giving us a free book of the town , which as first time visitors to the town, proved most helpful.

Good customer service , excellent range of products, good product knowledge, friendly helpful staff, thoroughly recommended.
