We have 2 of their Kayaks; Cruz (7 years old) and Blaze HV (new purchase) both perform really well for sit on top kayaks. The Cruz is super stable and a great kayak for either messing around on the water or going on short journeys. The Blaze certainly cuts the water a bit better due to its length and slightly narrower beam. We bought the Cruz via their ebay pages and the Blaze directly over the phone. I have found the team to have been great on both occasions! My most recent experience via phone was really good with Jo offering advice, sending me colour options not shown on their website and making the whole experience seamless even getting them delivered to an Island was no issue. Would 100% recommend based on the two Kayaks and my experience with Galaxy Kayaks on both occasions.

Reasonably nice people to deal with. Quick to respond to emails although not very forthcoming with updates unless you chase them. I’m still waiting on something that I bought nearly two months ago. There was no warning to say it was out of stock when I purchased it. I enquired and was basically told ‘not our fault, blame hamas’…did make me chuckle. I offered to buy a second kayak on condition of a discount due to the inconvenience but was told no.

I should say that the kayak seems of decent quality, haven’t got to try it out due to the missing items though.

Edit: after 3 months of waiting, my order has arrived. It certainly does not look brand new….disappointing! I’ve changed the rating from 3/5 to 2/5 because of this.

Bought a kayak from these guys through eBay and the thing leaked like a sieve. Every time you phone or email them they say, what’s your number will get Terry to phone back. Don’t hold your breath for Terry to phone or any other contact. The kayak took on so mush water it nearly sank. Thankfully I was in a reservoir not the sea.

Bought Two BoneDry Robes the equivalent of DryRobe, really good quality and the stitching is excellent. Much cheaper than DryRobe. I would definitely recommend.

Bought a bin shed from this company through eBay, broke within a month, tried to contact them multiple times in various ways, company made no attempt to contact me, despite my efforts. Avoid Galaxy World Limited.

Bought a E scooter from them off ebay think it was 1000w scooter never let me down gone through all sorts of weather and held up after years of having it.rusty dirty used well and it still works fine 😎 it's a survivor scooter
