What a great place for ALL your timber needs!
I've needed so many different types of ply and board for kitting out my VW and also a LOG Store just to mention two of my projects.
Got sorted with loads of good advice and great service.
Great staff all round, Luke has sorted out all my specific needs each time cutting pieces to size etc.
Great to know a place like this exists!

They have provided a very good service at a low price. I have recently purchased a garden gate which was made to an exact size and to a high standard. In addition I previously purchased decking for my son who lives in coulsdon that had to be to an exact size and was cheaper than his local sellers.

So helpful when delivering there with the 2 happy brothers on the fork lifts . A little bit signage and politeness would help instead of ignorant people on fork lifts.

My brother tried to place an order for timber with Empsons could get no answer, when he did get brought told to ring back after lunch - no answer. Left a message asking for a ring back to place an order - no response. I then sent an email with the order no response. Rang them and was told person who dealt with emails was on,leave but it would be checked and they would get back to me - they didn’t. I suggest Howarths answered the phone took the order and delivered it.
