*PYRAMID SCHEME* My experience with this firm was extremely frustrating, mainly due to high staff turnover and a complete lack of accountability. My initial accountant submitted incorrect figures, and the two subsequent accountants—due to constant staff changes—spent their time trying to fix the original mistakes. There was no internal handover, leaving everyone unprepared and compounding the issues.

Over 12 months, I was charged significant sums beyond my regular fees to ‘expedite’ processes that never materialised, totalling just shy of £5,000. An internal review even revealed that I had been billed incorrectly, yet no refund was issued. A simple double-entry error led to an HMRC bill twice what I was due to pay, and although HMRC recognised the mistake, they required confirmation from the accountancy firm to rectify it. Despite assurances from "senior management" (Jawaad and Ahmed) that the situation was under control, the firm repeatedly failed to take corrective action, misleading me into thinking we were waiting on HMRC when the responsibility lay with them. This lack of accountability resulted in serious financial consequences that could have been easily avoided.

Although I was eventually assured that the necessary corrections were underway, I was terminated as a client shortly thereafter. HMRC soon contacted me directly to inform me that the corrections had never been made, forcing me to hire a new accountancy firm to resolve the issues.

I strongly advise caution when considering this firm, and suggest avoiding it entirely if possible. It feels more like a pyramid scheme, where deliberate errors are made, prolonged time is needed to 'correct' them, and the firm capitalises on their exorbitant fees of £250 per month to supposedly fix the issue—but never do. Eventually, you have no choice but to go elsewhere for a solution. I felt they exploited my vulnerability, as I was relatively new to business and had previously allowed my former accountant to take advantage of me. They frequently pointed out that I should have noticed the warning signs with my old accountant, only to do exactly the same thing. Their lack of communication, transparency, and responsibility in unforgivable.
