We recently purchased a hot tub from Direct Spa's and are very pleased with both the hot tub and the service we received. We bought a Baltic 5 seater which was very reasonably priced. It looks good, is of good quality and seems very easy to use and powerful so far.
Gareth was a pleasure to deal with, always helpful and swift to respond to questions.
Dave and his helper Steven who delivered and set up worked very hard and so dedicated to the task in hand didn't even stop for a cuppa!

Ordered the Makalu 13amp plug n play hot tub in the summer. There were some annoying delays, but that’s to be expected during a global pandemic. Because if this tho the tub was delivered the day it came in stock, and payment wasn’t required until delivery was confirmed. I was offered the same model from stock in a different colour but opted to wait. Chris and Kelvin who delivered the tub did an expert job of getting it where it had to go, and set up was simple. There was 1 corner panel with cosmetic damage on delivery but this was replaced the following week without complication.

The tub itself looks great, and the interior and exterior lighting combined with the fountain feature looks spectacular. Although the tub is probably not quite as powerful as a 32amp hard wired twin pump equivalent (which is considerably dearer) when all the seats are on but the ease of set up I was able to do myself was well worth it, and having the diverter function to be able to shut off seats you’re not using gives the remaining jets plenty of kick, plus there are a lot more jets per seat than many tubs on the market.

Overall the price was fantastic, the product appears to be of high quality, with sturdy build, good quality acrylic and top quality control system which is simple to use. There were lots of extras thrown in, a nice thick cover, solid steps and chemical kit. The customer service was good considering the showroom was closed due to restrictions and was mostly done via email, but when I asked for a call I got 1, and was updated regularly, and the free delivery was 1st class.

Don’t be put off by these not being one of the major brands, buy with confidence and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve been using mine daily and can’t recommend these guys any higher.

Great company would definitely recommend .
Gareth was always so helpful in any questions we had prior to the Hot Tub being fitted.
And on delivery him and his team were very professional and made sure we were happy with everything (which we were ).
This is the best thing we invested in all the family love it xx

Not a good experience for us at all.
Hot tub took 3 months after expected date for delivery, was told every month " its coming this month", eventually arrived in October despite ordering at the very beginning of July.
When it was delivered, there was some damage to a corner panel and damage to the lid which was reported on the day of delivery, the day after delivery it became very evident that the tub had a leak too so we contacted Sarah at Direct Spas again to inform her of this as we were given no details of who we contacted for warranty purposes.
Nearly 2 WEEKS LATER, someone from Superior Wellness attended to bring a new corner panel and lid and sort out the leak, he left saying all was sorted.
2 days later, we are still topping up the hot tub daily as the tub is still leaking.
Gareth at Direct Spas has blocked me from Messenger so he cant be contacted, his solution to my leak was to have them take it away and get my money back ( great warranty )😬

If you are looking at spending £6000 on a hot tub, DO NOT spend it with Direct Spas because when theres a problem you cant get it resolved.

Popped into the showroom first day it reopened after lockdown the guys were very helpful and informative. Changed our minds on the one to get after talking to them and ordered. Due to being local they had a delivery slot within the week. Installation was very smooth and the guys were polite helpful and very informative on the chemical instructions.

Great company great communication help and advice all the way throughout our purchase and installation Chris and Alex the delivery and installation team yesterday were amazing such nice people and nothing was an issue they checked all the way throughout I was happy and had a great posii attitude that they would sort it which they did.
