My beautiful chest arrived, in January, 2025, but it is not fit for function: The drawers were obviously already knowingly damaged in the factory before 2022 and were then poorly repaired. The wood is split and was screwed back together. You can see the screw holes and the split in the drawers in the picture. These are not the holes to secure the cheap rails. I removed the cheap white rails to discover the drawers were split and damaged below. It's a cover-up. The drawers simply cannot be opened. I have had to repair the damaged drawers and have retro- fitted high quality, ball-bearing runners (see pics). The "quality control" stamp (pic) from 2022 is obviously fake. There is no meaningful quality control. I was offered £72 in compensation, by Kai, but I still have not received it.

Where do I begin. Absolutely outstanding Love Story Bed received. My daughter ordered her bed from a different Company and I have to say that the quality product, packaging of the product and customer after service from French Bedroom is second to none.

We had an issue with marks on one part of the bed which is clearly occurred in transit. When we reported this French Bedroom customer service were so apologetic and gave the option of a complete replacement, £70 refund or £100 to spend on their site.

This Company may be priced a little higher but the cost represents quality products and services. Amazing.

I would highly recommend this Company.

And as a lovely touch we received a complimentary set of pillow cases as a little gesture for placing an order.

This company has been fantastic from the beginning! It initially started when I ordered samples of the wood and linen to ensure it matched our room, and accidentally ordered two of the same sample. The team shortly reached out to inform me of this and sent me a refund for the extra sample. Most companies I have dealt with wouldn't do this as it was my error, so it filled me with confidence that they were trustworthy. I ordered 2 bedside tables and a superking bed, they were delivered really quickly and the delivery guys were fantastic. I LOVE the furniture! They are so beautiful and well made, and have already had a lot of comments about how lovely they are. I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service is fantastic, and their items are beautiful and of high quality. Thanks French bedroom! 🙂

We purchased the "Debutante" bed from French Bedroom a couple of months ago and have been incredibly pleased with it.
The bed is sturdy, well built and is a work of art in itself. We were able to match the bed with our wallpaper thanks to the sample of bed fabric which they sent to us before our purchase.
Undeniably, they are on the pricier end of the scale, but you do get a quality item in return.
Our biggest compliment of the whole purchasing experience goes to Tom, who went above and beyond to help us customise an aspect of the bed which we needed in order to go ahead with our purchase - this was the cherry on top for us. Fantastic customer service - thank you Tom!

Excellent from start to finish.
Was worried about choosing a bed online without seeing it but I am delighted with it .
A beautiful well made bed that is better than excepted, a lovely addition to our home .
The delivery guys were excellent and I am happy with the whole process.
We were updated at every point from the order point to the delivery.
