We were after a freeze dryer and found Freeze Dryer Uk online.From first contact to receiving the unit we got first class service. Our contact was Lewis who is a very knowledgeable young man and he walked us through all of the available units. After careful consideration and the advise of Lewis we decided to buy the Leosmak L-004 unit as it will fit for the purpose what we will use it for. The unit was a week and a half late from Poland which was out of hands of Lewis but he compensated us with 4 litres of vacuum pump oil which cost £80. We would highly recommend Freeze Dryer Uk if you are after a freeze dryer.

After speaking to a number of companies regarding purchasing a new freeze dryer I came across Freeze Dryers UK Ltd, and I am so glad I found them before purchasing elsewhere!
Lewis is a rare breed. He is somebody that isn’t simply focused on “box shifting” to make money. It was clear from the start that he places an exceptionally high degree of importance on his customers satisfaction and takes pride in this. From the first conversation to the last he was honest, extremely knowledgeable and was true to his word at all times. Never at any point did he misguide us on things like lead times/delivery dates etc. to “get a sale” and managed our expectations impeccably with regular calls, non of which were prompted by us.
As soon as our machine was ready, delivery was arranged promptly, was delivered at 08:00am on the morning of the arranged day, exactly as promised. Not only was the delivery driver punctual, he was extremely polite, friendly and happily helped us carry the machine into our property, staying around to make sure we were completely happy.
After delivery, Lewis didn’t disappoint. Follow up calls to make sure everything was perfect, and made sure we knew everything we needed to know to get started on our freeze drying journey.
I honestly can’t find enough words to explain how good our experience has been dealing with Freeze Dryers UK Ltd. Lewis has raised the bar when it comes to delivering good, honest, prompt professional service.
Thank you Lewis, we won’t be going anywhere else.

I collected my first ever freeze dryer from Lewis on Wednesday. I had reservations after being scammed by someone online, the process was very reassuring payed a 10% deposit to secure an XL unit the freight company was a week late and I was kept informed by Lewis. I picked the dryer myself at his warehouse, although there was an option for delivery I couldn’t wait to see my new baby! It was lovely meeting such honest, hardworking young man and his beautiful family. Lovely to know genuine people still exist thank you so much I’ll be sending you some samples.

We bought our freeze dryer a little more than a month ago and the product is excellent, but our purchasing experience was made fantastic by Freeze Dryers UK. Firstly, they worked hard on our behalf to find the most affordable courier, which saved us hundreds of pounds. When the dryer arrived it was damaged, but we were assured that it would be sorted out, and within another couple of days we had a new, perfect machine, and the courier took away the damaged one. We are now using the machine almost daily, and we’ve been delighted with both the level of service Freeze Dryers UK provided, and the freeze dryer itself.
