Been having problems with my primary product images on my store and sent a support ticket and had a superfast reply from Daniel.

I had a courteous reply and fast fix, great support from him through the whole process. You don't find this kind of support on many other platforms or online marketplaces, many thanks Daniel, keep up the good work.

If you get this platform, it only loads secure when the www is added. They could easily fix it to forward securely without the www but refuse to do so. Apparently, it's my fault if my customers return and don't type in the www. Pages tend to load slow.

I love the fact that it's free to use! It's simple and easy to understand. I'm trying to get used to not having to the coding myself though. Most other services charge you money and you still have to do the coding! This is FREE AND THEY DO THE CODING FOR YOU! For small businesses just starting out and don't have a lot of income yet, this is the way to go!

Great customer services. There are quite a number of limitations with the shop. Further development of themes and some back-end adjustments would make this an outstanding product. So for this reasons I give 4 stars.

I usually only raise a support ticket if I can’t find the answer elsewhere or if I know it’s something you can definitely help with.

Please be wary of using Freewebstore.com services. Their offline payment policies are very obscured, leaving you very vulnerable to paying unfair commission fees, even on fictitious, duplicate and cancelled orders, with no way to dispute this or claim back funds deducted by them for transactions not completed by customers.

They recently changed their policies to be very detrimental towards their loyal customers, some who have been supporting them since the early days.

After stating my frustration to Todd (yes, I got angry after being spoken to like an imbecile), they have now suspended my webstore, to give me "a 48 hour cooling period" costing me potential business for two days. This to me is clearly a form of extortion to force submission.

BE WARNED!! You and your business are not valued. Their policies protect them, yet leave the client very vulnerable.

Not the first time it has happened, but to explain; I had a duplicate order from a customer.
The customer first placed an order without adding a delivery option. Customer then cancelled that first order and placed exactly the same order, just added delivery, as they reconsidered collecting vs delivery. I was charged commission for both orders, even though one has been cancelled/was an error on client side, and the first order's transaction never took place on my side, and there is very clear evidence available to indicate such.

Regarding providing you with detail, you have all this information as I have discussed this in detail with Todd, the customer success advisor at Freewebstore per email.

This is just another effort to waste my time and cause me further damage. It is only fair that I warn prospective clients of your tactics. I am very well entitled to my view that you are morally and ethically not acting fair. Your opinion seems to be basically that it does not matter to you if my business sustains loss, as long as your end is covered.

To put in perspective to your prospective clients:

Lets say someone places an order on your webstore, selects offline payments, and never makes good to pay or continue with that order, you will still be charged commission by Freewebstore.com.

This is not devastating when the fake/error/duplicate orders are small, although in my experience (I have been with Freewebstore.com since 2011, and I know fakes/duplicates happen quite frequently) this can have an impact on a small business none the less under their new policy.

Let's give an example here; what if someone places an order for $1000000 on your webstore with no intention to pay? You as business owner will still be held responsible to pay commission fees ($50000 under the tier I am at 5%, on an order like that) to Freewebstore.com without any way to dispute the issue afterward. This is worrying to say the least, and should concern any business owner looking to do business with you.

Imagine how much fun someone who dislikes you or your business can have placing orders and never paying for them? So in essence you have no policy to protect your loyal and "valued" clients. You cannot argue this fact.

You mention the policies of a "payment gateway" such as Paypal. Well firstly, you are NOT a payment gateway, and secondly, companies like Paypal have Buyer/Seller protection in place to avoid circumstances like this. You have only covered yourself, and to be honest your system is very amateurish and borders on taking a chance!

I hope this puts the matter to rest as I have stated I do not wish to communicate the matter any further. Might be better to spend time working on bettering your business ethics. I am more than entitled to this review, and will not be bullied into submission.

I have been trying to cancel never did create anything on this site and still getting charged $20 a month for a .com domain. I would never recommend anyone to use this site. Still having Problems getting them out of my bank account.

Absolutly free and a really nice coustomerservice! Its nearly 5 stars, but they got 4 from me, just because there is som limitations they dont have. But i know they do soon. ?
