Had such a fabulous visit to FP at Cambridge. The gorgeous Mal helped me with my outfits and made my shopping experience so much fun. If you see Mal in store, definitely ask for her help, Mal is the trendiest 77 years young assistant I’ve ever met, just loved her style x

I have recently discovered FP and have been impressed with the clothes and fantastic staff. However a visit on the 28th April resulted in for me a dented ego. I was using a crutch at the time, an assistant called Mel approached me asking what happened, why l was using a crutch. I explained that I was recovering from a broken leg. Mel went on to say that she too had had an accident, resulting in broken ribs. Mel then jokingly in a sarcastic manner asked me if l thought it wonderful being old. I hadn't told her my age. I hope for this to be a constructive review. One shouldn't assume someone's age because you could be very wrong. I have a good many years before I consider myself in the age bracket suggested and must say that in my opinion such a remark is very rude.I hasten to add that Mel was helpful and friendly but I left the shop feeling insulted

Sophie and Drew always make the shopping experience here extra special! The level of attention to detail and help that they give is amazing ? Everything from taking clothes to the fitting room for you, to giving recommendations and hyping you up, they’re just the best! Plus all the clothes are beautiful!!

Omg what an amazing shop, staff so friendly, was helped by lovely Ashley and Sophie, brought the famous barrel jeans and absolutely love them, will definitely be visiting again.

Really annoying that only xs and s sizes are exhibited. If you ask, they say they do have more sizes upstairs but they do not display them, quite strange.
