Absolutely shocking service. Issues with the seen within weeks of picking it up. Was ignored on more than one occasion. Kept hold of money and had to fight for a refund. Didn't fix car, no contact for 2 weeks and left us with out a car for 2 weeks.

Would definitely avoid at all costs.

After initially being impressed with the car I bought, 3 months down the line it failed the MOT miserably. There is so much corrosion under the back end of the car that the garage suggested I returned the vehicle. F&P refused but offered part exchange against another car, which was politely declined. I know it's a gamble when buying a used car but I would expect to use it for longer than 3 months.
I'm now over £1000 out of pocket after having to scrap the car so that I can buy a safer car to travel to and from work. It's clear that they don't even carry out basic safety checks, Citizens Advice and Trading Standards are now investigating.

Google asked me to review as I visited there website one week ago haha. Well I did actually buy a car from them a coupon years ago. Lasted a brutal wi yet when I worked nights. Was an old Y reg fiesta. Had it a year and sold it to a new driver. It was too small for me but needed something quick as my died. Super friendly there, great selection of cars tbh.
That little fiesta was in really good condition. It all worked and lint was in good condition. I kind of want an old car again.
I look at there site once a month or when I remember to try and find a good deal.

We had a great buying experience from F&P over the last few years. I have recently bought my second car (Ford Focus) from them which is even better than the first one!

Jamie & Dale are always polite and patient with me and my family whilst we look around at their selection of cars.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend F&P to my friends! Keep up the good work chaps!
