Jane and team are fantastic, friendly and helpful. I first used the shop last year when they kindly delivered me an advent calendar for my dog, unfortunately he passed 😔 but Jane was really supportive. I felt like I had a friend at the end of messenger not someone that was just "doing business".

Earlier this year I gathered donations to raffle to raise funds for the rescue in memory of my boy. Jane very kindly donated a lovely hamper of gifts to which I was blown away.

I didn't actually meet Jane until this summer when she organised the dog show and I went with our new dog. She's just as lovely in person.

I have been into the store a few times, and love the atmosphere, the shop is presented lovely and has a fantastic selection of pet supplies and the staff are easy to talk to and helpful.

Great little place! Everyone is very helpful, not very often we pay a visit & come away empty handed.
Delivery is available, very useful to non drivers with bulky items or housebound customers.
Would definitely recommend to any pet owners.

An excellent pet shop with a great range of stock. Nothing is too much trouble: they will deliver your dog food locally at no extra charge.
